VHF RADIO

Hi to all members, I have just moved to Durban North from South Coast where things are a bit easy-er for jet ski fishing.I really want to get out and do some fishing but there not many places that one can launch a jetski!! and one needs a radio too so i went out and got one from race-tech. Now its the licences that you need to get who and where do you do this if any one can give me some direction i will be happy.
