.was on the surf at snake park yesterday and managed to get a stumpie and 2 small pommies tho.heard of some good stumpies landed to the right of bench pier.hi MICK
no luck trying for the brusher man,garvies been quite at the moment.must give me some pointers

the stumpies are good sizes,3 to 4kg.the pommies are relatively small,about 2kg the biggest,but put up a hell of a fight for their size.they were biting from blue lagoon downwards from sunday.

Any news on Umkomaas
Will be there for the long weekend from June 13-16th
It is my first time going so would appreciate some advice.
1. Where are the best places to fish. I have reasonabley light scratching set up. 12ft ELBE + SL30.
2. Where does one get bait from? How does one go about getting crackers, do you pump your own in the river?
3. After reading various posts i take it there is the potential of catching the for Kob, Grunter and Shad.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Have serious withdrawl's sitting here in JHB.
