Hi guys, I want to go fishing at UJ, but there are a few things I need to know...

1. Baits, dips, rigs etc..

2. do I need to book a spot before I arrive?

3. Costs for a day?

4. I hear there are alot of snags in the water, where should I sit to avoid these?

 Costs for a day visitor is R30. If you going to overnight, there are varaible prices for car/tent/caravan. It cost me, my brother and my two kids (10 and 12yrs) R120 for an overnight (two days) in a tent. Phone Eddie or Girly on 0832887420 / 0834062998. It is first come first serve. DONT go left into the "sloep" or to the far right. At the T-junction, you turn right and the very first dirt road going down to the water on your left, leads to the sandy shores where there is almost no obstructions.
