Tweede Baai - Cape Town

I haven't personally been there, but i've heard that its at Monwabisi, apparaently there are three spots there, Eerste Baai, tweede Baai and then Swartlip. Tweede Baai is renowned for big Kob as the water is quite deep. Im not sure whether you can launch anywhere there, perhaps someone else can shed some light on this.
For the past month or so, i've heard of good fish coming out at Tweede Baai. Think we need to get tailfin to guide a bunch of us out there for a day, as its one of his favourite spots.

Here goes, If you pull in at Monwabizi from baden powel road, you'll pass over the first speedbump and on the rite is a parking lot that leads to the braai area. If you park in the parking lot and walk towards the hill you'll be standing at eerste baai, tweede baai is to the rite of that about 1km away and swartklip is directly next to tweede baai. Eerste baai is also known as 'the Cave'.
These are brilliant fishing spots for both day and nite fishing.

Razeen ... only if you want your vehichle sloshed by a sprig high tide......... that would be a pity... We have a friends brother drop a small group of us at the top of bird sanctuary and can then fish either side..... eerste and tweede baai. but best to drive up the afternoon to check the water first. i normally get dropped the friday night about 11pm and come home about 8 pm saturday morning..... though i have not done this for a couple of months. i would like to again soon.
oh... and alwyas best to go armed... even though i have never been bothered there ever... always safety first.
