Tugela Mouth

Howsit guys

I've planned a trip to Tugela Mouth from 9 Jan to 13 Jan 2012. Does anyone have info for me on spots, tackle and bait etc at this part of the year?
Also, I'll be staying at the Twinpalms resort, any feedback on the resort and safety etc in the area?

Howzit MSAS, I've done a few reports on spots at Tugela, search the forum and you will find some info. January is a good month for Summer fish, ie.Sandie's, Diamonds, Zambezi's.On the edible side, Kingfish, Shad, Springer and Shoal Cob can be taken. For edibles, Fresh Chokka and Red eye are a winner on this side of the coast

Hey Nemesis
Any advise on drop shot in the area. I believe kob have been caught before on drop shot. Need info on type and color of lures etc and spots. Should I be targeting the river mouth with drop shot?
