Trolling rapalas in Kleinbrak river??

After scrambling through some "recent threads" I noticed guys were catching kob in kleinbrak river on rapalas. Surely this is banned from ALL Hessequa rivers which includes kleinbrak river. Should it not be Illegal to troll rapalas or lures in kleinbrak river? So, is it allowed or is it not allowed?

not allowed but if there is no one to enforce the law its fine . By the sounds of it the locals seem fine with trolling as long as you don't get upset that there are better anglers than you trolling as well ???????

kleinbrak doesnt fall under hesequa so its legal and i dont know why coz the oaks are raping that river i got a sad lag the other day a guy caught a cob next to me that iv tagged 3 days before that he gaves me a lag and pulls the tagg out
he looked at me and said heres your tagg and he killed a 64cm cob

GO FISH...what about Gouritz? That then is the boundary between mossel bay municipality and hessequa?

Grootvis ekt iewers gehoor dat Gourits hul ei reels gaan inbring soos die breede rivier. Persoonlik dink ek dit sal nice wees as daar permanent iemand op daai slip staan want daai rivier word ma net so verkrag elke jaar.

Ek was onder die indruk dat mens nie in gourits mag troll nie? Ma wel in kleinbrak. Dit sal seker ook binnekort verander.
