tried my hardest to bag a decent diamond this weekend and to get some more bronze bream training , it was a lesson the coaches won hands down .
met up with heatseeker and co saturday afternoon on kabeljous. they were lekker organised and even had a braai there . threw in a mackie bomb on a 8/0 katana (starting to love these hooks , have the size 4 and 6 also) 30min past and flat , jislaaik the reel was screaming like a nightmare and i thought yes .
set the hook , reeled in and at one stage thought the hooks pulled , but alas , a lil baby rocket of 80cm. after that , dead
my wife and kido joined me for a nice trippie out to get behind that bream bite . only managed to hook a +-25cm stompie . got pulled flat at one stage on pink prawn , was too late to loosen the drag on the spheros some more and the spyker knot parted .
had a better time watching my gitl play in the dunes . will do some more fishing this week inbetween 2 interviews

Harde werk het my darm een of twee gegee. Ek was April maand saam met n paar vriende na milibangalala om GT te gaan vang, wel hulle het weg gebly maar het darm n paar mooi southern pompanos gevang en n mooi sandhaai. Wat n wonderlikke plek, net lank om te ry.
