a friend of mine is goin to mboyti in the transkei

any1 know of the fish being cawt at the moment & what baits to use

any advice would be highly appreciated

The fish are full up at the moment, shad and garrick, lots of greys and small hammers.

of coures the beeeg sharks- best bait live bait so sards a must to cath shad and other livies, chokka mackrel, bonnies, thats what i would take with.

yes you can use a steel pension pipe on the rocks safest is to loosen the drag and get the gilly to hold the rod, and tell him to shout when he gets pulled, and boy do they scream
