1. Tkei : fished at Mnyameni last wknd, Thurz: the wind and rain gave us no chance, Fri we braved the wind and managed over a dozen copper brim, thick slabs, off the center ledge, all this in the space of about 1 & a half hours in violent wind...1 kob and a few blacktail were caught by other anglers that evening, Sat was spent at qwanyan in extremely strong winds, we fished off the ledge, which was extremely hard work with the wind blowing non-stop, 1 bronzie, 1 blacktail and 1 brusher were caught...in the bay, 2 bronze brim, 1 zebra, 2 barbel, 1 eel, 1 hound shark and numerous blacktail were caught...Sundays wind just put the fish off the bite, total fish count was around 36...End of trip(sorry no pics, no internet access at the moment).....Tues: i fished orange rocks, targeting b/brim, with no results.. Towards the afternoon, the shad came on the bite & numerous, decent size fish, were caught. The crowd, naturaly, grew v rapidly and that was it for me, packed it up... Thurz(today) : braved the sporadic rain and fished close to the lighthouse (p shepstone) next to the tidle pool, targeting brusher & b/brim as a few were caught there in the week...not even a bite today in 3 hours, v dissapointing....looking to fish other spots this wknd...End

Guys have been catching them with crab and crayfish baits in the tkei, even on prawn and cracker...sard belly is worth a try as well...but like LW said, try to put a big bait out
