Tigernut Fishing with pva bag

Hello Fellow anglers

 

I am quite serious about converting to specimen angling and would like to know if anyone can please assist me with the following

 

How does a person go about tying the PVA bag to the Tigernut rig.

 

Please assist its quite urgent

I am no specimen angler but I know they stick a hole through the PVA bag and hook the shaft line and pull it through the bag and attach the rig to the main line.

Specimen anglers believe in carp safety first and then catching fish in that order.
