We would like to go fish for some tigers in the Zambezi, but do not know where to go.

We do not have boats, and will have to hire. I have been to Dekka and Olive beadle before. and loved it.

Any suggestions please.

Caprivi Strip - need to google some outfits there and I am not sure when is the best time. Need to take your own tackle most places.

Vic falls, Zambia side - many operators there who will take you out. Can be a bit pricey but all is negotiable. Some provide fishing tackle.

Kariba also has a few nice fishing charters, caught my PB there.

Google is your friend....you will find the operators, just do more searches to see if they are reputable.

Cheers

Hey,
dont know how much you are willing to spend, but have a look at sekoma island lodge. Really had an awesome time there. Boats, fuel and food all included in the price. Its on the upper zambesi in Zambia on a small island. Very good food and very good fishing. The best time by far is now. From early july to mid august during the catfish run fishing is at its best and you work the kasai channel which is 5min boat ride from the resort. Excellent rapids to go explore for some BIG tigers on tender boats. Great fun!!! They have a web page as well as a fb page.

Hi

I am going to Shackeltons lodge in September – only heard good things about them so far. Price was fair for what you get.
