This pic was taken beneath Vaalkopdam's wall. Was ALOT of activity but had a huge NO FISHING sign there.

If you take the long road to vaalkop (missing the beeskraal turm off and going aroung vaalkop) ull drive over the crocodile river which flows out of Roodekoppies, on the left its "dammed" up and the right it has nice streams for yellows on fly...

This is below Vaalkopdam's wall, there were ALOT of fish activity but a sign saying NO FISHING. When u take the long road to Vaalkop (Missing the beeskraal turn off and going aroung) you go over the crocodile river that flows out fo roodekoppies. On the left side the river is nicely "dammed" up for carp kurper and barbel and on the right side it has nice streams for yellows on fly. Wouldnt mind trying there for a few hours too.

I have caught in there before. Me and a friend went in with cano's we caught +-20 barbel between 1 and 10kg in about 4 hours. This was about 10 years back. We also caught allot of small 500g carp and saw some monster kurper swimming around.
