Graeme doesn't need to go, but his ego does.... without a doubt the most arrogant man in sport these days, and as a Captain, this just doesn't work...
Even when he is in a batting slump, he refuses to take advice from coaches etc to improve, or improve his problem areas... In he should be a fisherman with the amount of time he spends fishing outside off stump....
Man needs to take a leaf out of Jon Smit's book of Captaincy...
Stoked Fatboy is doing well though, can never count him out, injured rib or not... Lets hope he cruches a 200 today, and that JP has a half decent show too, he's due one...
Gotta give the Poms credit for some quality bowling too.... Gonna be an intersting day...

It would be difficult to leave a player with his record out of the team. When a man realizes that maybe his father was right, he usually has a son who thinks he's wrong. Smith is still young and will only improve.
