Hi Guys

I was At Bass world yesterday and they have recieved a new consignment of  swimbaits from reactionlures. Has anybody ever fished with one. I am considering getting some, but don't know if it is woth it.

I have a couple of swimbaits and have had NO success on them. To me a crank works better. But then again some guys have had major success on them. So the best would be to get one and try them

since when is 8" huge?;)

no seriously, often fish 10" worms so a swimbait of 8" isn't all that big...what about the size of a super shad rap??

Saw those swimbaits, today they have unpacked them and there are two types a solid but flexible one and a smaller hard jointed one - was really tempted on the smaller one, but I just wouldn't have cofidence in it (dumb I know, but there you go) and at R135 each......
Did you notice the way those guys on that link were holding those big bass - 25 lbs straight up by the lower jaw only - damn that can't be good for the fish - and the guy in the pic is supposed to the experienced one!!!!

Your right he should have used two hands, but still what a fish!!!! I would be afraid of lifting it like that for fear of it biting off my arm.
