Breede river.
Try make friends with local people there to get onto the "ristricted" part of the breede (right by the N2 bridge) and u will catch some nice largies and smallies.
Dont know how good Buffels is though. (for bass) but app its killer for barbel.
Do a search for buffels, i asked about them when i went there. There might be some info in that thread, i cant remember.
