Reply to respondent regarding old angling photos: Thank you for completing the survey, I appreciate and note your comment regarding possible sensitivities of posting the angler photos (although no identities are given). The fact that these pictures were published in a newspaper I believe does place them in the public domain, and given the context (taken over the last 30 years) should highlight possible changes in ethics or acceptable angling behaviour as depicted. They were chosen to show a wide range of  scenarios to better understand angler motivation. Thanks again for your input.

Hi, once the survey is closed we will analyse the data along with other information and prepare a research paper. I will post the findings once complete. It will still be a while but promise to provide feedback. We are at 44 complete surveys now.

I have over 60 useable responses now - some not fully completed. Will leave the survey open for a little while longer. Thanks to those who have participated. Once the study is complete I will post a summary of the findings
