Surf Angling Cape Town And Surroundings

Where would be the best place to go fish now for edibles in and around Cape Town my dad and brother are visiting me and i generally just fish around melkbos.

What bait do you use at the diffent spots and what would be cought.

I would really appreciate any help.

Used to fish with my grandfather when I was young.
