Stumpnose derby at Langebaan

Apparently the biggest Stump was 2.2kg, but it was dead at weigh in so it was disqualified. The 2nd biggest one, 1.8kg, won the R10k. By the sounds of it, most of the bigger ones came out at Spreeuwalle.
We were on the water most of the day, but didn't catch anything above 1kg. The SE was pumping and the water temp between 12 to 14 degrees, not great conditions....

I believe they had a hassle with guys weighing in fish caught during the week...shocking I know!

I agree it would be very difficult for the shore guys They need to have more marshals patrolling the shores to weigh in the fish as they are caught! there must be a solution!
