Fishing tough at the moment in my opinion! Some inedibles on the reefs between struisbaai and agulhas and reports of nice inedibles from stinkbaai in Agulhas.

Plaat fishing water was very big on the weekend. With the SE there should be some fish around. Was pretty open a few weeks ago a few km's down the plaat.

Always some activity at the harbour at night. Plus elf season is open again so hopefully they will be around soon!

Lots of kob at Struisbaai/Algulas....spoken to my cousin the day before yesterday. 6 kob taken at Stinkbaai(3 to4kg range). Nice cracker at "die wrak"...fresh redbait works good. Low tide you should get some kob at "die brood". No trace of shad though. Struisbaai plaat, if the water's not on then you should throw live mullet in the yellow water...vas pappa!!!

A few of my friends has got some good size Kobs at the Rasper , Od crackers have been around , i would Strongly advise you to Go fish Die plaat , with the water is Reg ,and it should be cos of the wind ....

You can also take the drive to De mond, go cast in the surf ,livies ,there plenty ,and the Elf seem to be there always ,nice for livebaits .
other spots you can try is Deurloop , Crackers and kobs ,T hak .
if the Kobs are around at stinkbaai like Galjoen said the you can Fish die las or die brood , or Skulpies baai there by the pipe at night Big Cobs come out .
take extra sinkers you tend to loose alot around places like die las and stinkbaai ......
Go to Bait and more , they have maps with all the spot on !
