strike-pro lures

I'm leaving in a weeks time for Port st johns,going to target kob at the river mouth, while shoping for rapalas I came across strike pro lures that are half the price of halcos and rapalas. Is it worth buying these lures, they dive to around one and a half Meter

I managed to catch a few kob using the strike pro lures back in the day , used to replace the front treble with a weighted one , helps with casting and gets the lure down deeper - kissing the sand . Use the " cheaper " lures until u get to know a new area so if u end up loosing a few a doesn't hurt as much .

Should try a couple of clone lures as well .
