Dad day guys,

Seems living in an estate does not protect one from goons house breaking. I need to buy all my saltwater gear from begining to end. Thank the gods they did not pocket rods and reels. Now for the intersting thing, why o why would you steal jigs and sinkers,hooks traces...etc etc ? Perhaps they can use the tackle boxes as tool boxes or thought there will be tools in ?:uzi

I have lost all my stuffs and I am not a happy camper.

To the point of my moaning I need advise.

We are going to the Breede and targeting all the fish we can except the "protected" sharkies....:sha.

I will be taking my two spinning rods and three for boating.

I need to know what poppers, plugs etc etc works and where I will find the cheapest in Gauteng on short notice.

Good luck mate! They broke in to my house 3 times last year! I mean why steal my boats frontloader face without the radio?? Idiots. If u have your stuff insured you would be able to get youself even better gear now! hehe

Insurance claims I needed to specify these items ? WTF ??? Since when does house cover no longer cover what is in your garage FFS.....

As far as I am aware most insurance policies have a small portion of all risks in the policy usually about R5000 claim against that (small consilation)

I have not insured my sporting goods against all risks but have specified them in the policy so that should the be unauthorised wealth distribution when I am not home I can claim under the contents policy.

I actually had the broker come out and verify all my household contents room for room in that way I am proving that I have in fact have the goods. Garage contents should be covered

Eish...... All I can suggest is go to the Fishing Pro Shop its in Pretoria, the guys will definitely blow you away with great service and their prices are far better than you regular Sollys and Mias.......
Poppers and Diving lures like the Halco sorcerer range will see you well theer, dont forget some stickbaits and obviously the odd drop shot plastics.
the guys there know the Breede very well, Charles or Devan will put you at ease and (if you are prepared) out of pocket:fbash with their knowledge and suggest all the necessary odds and ends........
Oh and go look at Zurich insurance, they have sorted me out with plenty tackle related insurance claims!!
