Hi All

We went to Stlucia from the 18-22 Nov, the weather was crap and so was the fishing, we endup fishing in the lake their we got 3 rockcods 1,5kg to 2 kg and some stompies but very small, another person got a 9 kg Samon on a spoon, nobody got any fish in the surf, we also went to CapeVidal, with high tide I was snorkeling in the by all I saw was just moonys, I was trying for kingies with a plug but nothing, didnt see 1 kingies enter the bay at Vidal....may be better luck next time...will post some pics later.

sad to hear about a bad trip, was still better than farming.

glen, do persist on fishing vidal up north.
it would be better, around your time.

Cheers Baps, was the Vidal bay still sanded up, or has it opened up into a small bay again (where the guys launch) was there only sand at low tide all the way to the rocks?
