St Lucia

Hi All.

Been reading A lot of the tips and seems extremely helpful so decided to join.

Im heading to St Lucia tomorrow to fish for the 1st time since the mouth has closed... i want to catch some good size sharks.

Any tips?

Plenty of knowledge on this site.
The mouth is still open.
at times brown water is present and at times, blue clean water is present.
some small salmons around as well as shad.

so the sharks will be around.
just put the effort.
with brown water, more bloody baits work well with lekker scent.

a outgoing tide could frustrate you with a type of side wash, so fishing from the broadwalk left might be better.
but enjoy it, plenty of holiday makers present.

So 2 sharks got the better of me.. a lot of life in this sea at the moment, we caught shad, pompano's, kabeljou, hooked up on sharks... although the weather hasnt been great we really had a good time..
