Spots to dig for Worm

I'm looking for any spots to dig for worm around Cape Town, I was thinking to the left of Melbos slip? Is there any other spots and is this a good spot, what type of worm will I get there?

melkbos slip...

wonderworm under the top layer of sand /pebble /rock sections, find a big rock that juts into the sand at an angle, they will be around here.

also coral worm can be found in and among the mussel beds
