Spinning setup - Looking for sale

Hi Guys, A buddy of mine is going up to Angola on a motorcycle and is looking for a spinning/lure setup to take with him. Does anyone have a setup for sale (no too expensive)that is compact enough to take on a motor bike. Or can you please recommend specs for him (I am into rock and surf so hoping you guys can assist) He is leaving Capetown on Thursday. Any assistance will greatly be appreciated.

what sort of budget does he have?Might be a bit tight if looking 2nd hand(time wise).I'd say if he can find a 9-11ft 2/3 piece rod like Assasin Amia and 5000 Shimano,4000 Penn Fierce and 20lb braid he would have a decent setup for spinning.
