Spinning in East London

Good morning.

I am based in East London and have been doing rock and surf fishing for a while. I now want to challenge myself to spinning in the area. I am targeting Kob, shad and leerie.

Please could you guys recommend some good spots that I can try in the area. I want to do paddletails, spoons and lures and poppers. I would really appreciate it if some could steer me in the right direction.

Hi Pieter

Thank you for letting me know. I have dropped him a PM.

I went out to Blackrock In Gonubie this afternoon and landed a small 3kg Garrick on a spoon. What a incredible experience. I am looking at changing my hook on my spoon to a single hook though.
