speciman angling

Hi,guys.My dad and I r looking into speciman angling.We just bought 8 shimano DL 10000 reels,shimano alivio rods and sensation tripods with alarms.We got a basic idea on how to do it but wud be great if we can go with sum experienced anglers.Is there any one who can accomadate us on 1 of ur outings and will contribute towards the cost
