SW Reefs and Smitwinkel are two different spots.
Smitswinkel you can park up top in the parking lot cut out of the mountain (plenty break ins though) and walk down. You can dive right to the point and a short way left to dead mans rock which is a small blinder that juts out, past this is reserve and other side the point also reserve.
SW Reefs is in the Cape Point park and you can park at the Cape Maclear circle. Huge area to dive but best to swim left towards the point itself.
