Spear fishing Seminar/clinic please!

A mate and I have recently taken up Spearing on the KZN South coast and are keen to get to a seminar to learn some tricks of the trade and any other info that will help us improve as spearos. Are there ever clinics or seminars held in Durban on a weekend?

If anyone has any info or can help please let me know.

Phone Fernando at 071-872-6884 He is predominantly a freediver but is doing a course at DUC in 3 weeks which will help you.

Also get in touch with Gletwyn Rubidge. He has developed a course for beginners which will help you. Gletwyn is an ex Protea spearo and really knows his stuff. His analytical approach is second to none.

I moderated the course for him and can vouch it is well worth it. The complete course runs over a year and he really covers ALL the basics to give you a solid grounding
