Spares for Johnson Outboard

Hi Guys,

I'm battling to get hold of spare parts for a 2001 Johnson 15hp outboard. I'm specifically looking for a prop and nut assembly for a 15hp. If someone has the throttle cable that would be a bonus but not essential

Is there anybody on the forum or who knows of someone who will have secondhand spares for all outboards?

For props - Solas has (or had) an agent in Bergvliet in Cape Town.  Much cheaper and probably better than the original.

Invaluable information, if you are keen on a bit of DIY.    In your case looking for spares etc, just use EBAY and accept that postage costs are a reality in SA.

Awesome thanks. I managed to get a Solas Prop at half the price of the OMC part. I'll have a look at that site.
