all you will need to start with is:
- a tube R1500-R2200
- pair of finns R200 - R500 (Like BL said: short ones for -moverability and longer ones for speed) I have booties that I use with my finns as they are the strapon ones.
- rod and tackle which you have!
- neoprene dry waders only for the cold months
- costume
- towel
- dry clothes for afterwards
- compact tackle bag (I have a poutch for my plastics and two removable takcle boxes that fit into the side pockets of the Xplorer tube)
- net
- samie and water (just enough to keep you alive - for ablution reasons))
