On a possible note, Fishing in the UK is brilliant with sooooooo many species you can catch... Check out this place I used to visit it on a 2weekly base whe I lived in the UK and we got trout up to 22lb, and witnessed a bus brown - Larger and estimated at 28lb

Visit it by all means! But its not South Africa! And most of it has to be freshwater because of the weather! I wont look at sea fishing here as its toooo cold for me and its very cold water? so if you wish to catch mackerel and small dog fish thats really it. I do know you can catch blue shark on the west coast of South Ireland by charter boat.. but its VERY dear to go out.

So my closest species to Shark is Pike.. (Teeth) thats what I target because they grow so big.. and i will target Carp as they too grow to monsters. Thats it!

Dont think i would do much freshwater fishing only for tigers in SA if i lived there..

Love the shark in the photo.. you dont get that here.. thats the first thing you will miss boet.
