Original "Swedish" Abu Garcias bought in 1988. Still like new. Best reels ever.

There I agree with you. When I was looking for a reel for my weightless fishing I tested the Steez and the Johnny Morris Elite. Cast a small grub. Now both was weightless on the same rod and the same line. And the Johnny Morris out cast the steez by far. So don't see the need to pay 6K for that

I am sure you guys will know better than me as I have not tested the others, I am simply biased because I have a steez, I am not sure I would ever take out the 6k to buy the reel, I have it because it was a gift

lol... exactly, it came with the steez rod too and is by far the best bass kit I have ever fished with, I basically upgraded from a Daiwa triforce with a shimano crestfire to that, I cant imagine anything possibly feeling better to fish with, hence my biased opinion
