Skipper License

Hi guys,

I would like some information from you.
I am new on this forum. I am a student from Mauritius Island and it is my fourth year in Cape Town.
 I never had the time to do my skipper license in Mauritius.
First, I would like to know if I (not South African) have the right to do my skipper license here in South Africa?

If yes, is it a difficult process to go through?

Yes you can do it based on your passport rather than SA I'D doc.
No, it is not difficult . Remember that you will need sea hours and a radio exam for some categories and that may take time.
