Ya'll - Good day! Will there be a method or way to determine a person's Skipper Licenese Validity? Say the person says... ok I have Cat B or C blah blah, but upon asking for it, he says...ok, lost etc...

Just for personal info - not a witch hunt....

Confirm in SA, it will be the Club's Safety Officer, to ensure all members are in possession of these? What will be the way forward to a Safety Officer's course in SA??/

Theoretically, a call to SAMSA should be your first port of call... That's only a theory tho. SAMSA, like most Gov. organisations in SA is everything but organised, and you'll even be lucky if they answer the phone.

I know... that is my concern too, "brick wall" not a serious issue... somebody is looking for a job... but it's always a long story - "holy grail" about the tickets... not directly involved though, merely assisting a friend, also not a pressing issue.

Howzit? And thanks for your reply mate

Ja wat... All good here bud. Gatvol, need to go fishing.

The other thought is to ask the applicant with whom he did his ticket. The testing officer should have his ticket on file if it exists. This was the case when the cops "lost" all my gun licence competency stuff. I had it re-issued by the testing dude. He said it was quite a regular occurrence.

Take care bro.
