simolina vs. cake flour

what would you use and why would you use it to make your dough .

I like semolina and for one reason it stays fresh longer then cake flour but i useually take both

Semolina stays fresher for longer.

But to make a small amount of normal flour dough takes at most 2mins and is sure to get you better fish(especially carp).

1 teaspoon dam water
half teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons flour
Mix with spoon adding small amounts of flour until the dough does not stick to the sides anymore.
Be carefull not to make it too dry as it will not stick to the hook all that well.
