I will be down there in a couple of weeks specifically to have a look at a few different spots on the North Coast , as time is limited Im doing some homework beforehand .
What I want to know mostly is there any reason to stay away and not buy in the estate ? Are people that have bought there glad that they did , or would they rather have invested somewhere else ?Exclusively for family use wont be renting it out , so not worried about seasonal rental demand .
