Shimano Vengeance carp rods

I'm selling a pair of Shimano Vengeance 13', 3lb tc rods which pairs beautifully with the Tica baitrunners I have put up for sale earlier. The rods are in mint condition, in cloth bags. Originally I wasn't planning on selling them, but I don't use them anymore, so there's no point. Here's a link with a photo and specs of the rods.

Ok, I'm reducing the price one last time, if there's no takers I'll keep the gear lol!

R2000 for both rods and reels. This is a ridiculous bargain price.

Right...I had a change of heart. The gear is gathering dust, I'd rather sell it for less than see it stand there.

R1600, the whole set...any takers?

You would be lucky to sell it for R495 each , rod and reel. Not a big market for Tica's , and too many good rods for less than a Vengaence price.......

At that price I will rather give it away to a friend. The Tica's themselves are R1800 new. R1600 for 2 Tica's and 2 Vengeance rods is a joke.

I know there's not a big market for Tica's, that doesn't mean it's not good reels though. Those reels are machines, the only reason I'm selling them is because I was given a brand new set of big pits as a gift a while back.

Anyway, be that as it may, if anyone's interested cool, if not also cool. :SSS

Hi @HennieB, yeah quite possibly I got ripped off. I paid R1800 for the pair, are you saying R1000 for the pair is the going rate?

At least I've given James something to laugh about...
