Shimano talica or daiwa saltiga

Hello sealiners
I'm looking into getting a talica 16 2speed or daiwa saltiga 50 2 speed.
I'll be using the reel for lure fishing.
I would like to know what the spool widths are for both reels
Which has a better drag system?
Which reel has the better anti reverse

Thanks
Joshua

Will you use it for casting or Trolling?

My vote would probably go for the Saltiga for both applications.
Casting from the shore undoubtedly the Saltiga 50 for all day casting comfort, it is probably lighter and the lower profile will make holding the spool to cast and cast control a lot easier IMO, I also don't beleive you would ever need the extra Drag and anti reverse of the Talica when casting lures with a long rod from the shore.

For trolling the Talica is probably better because the drag and anti Reverse are probably better and that can be exploited on a short trolling rod.
