It is obvious that any fisherman becomes upset when losing a decent fish, no less a big shark that could be a pb. So here goes...
My sister gave me a call from Port Alfred saying that she just witnessed a guy fighting a +- 2m Zambezi for over 2 hours. He was struggling to bring it up to shore for a pic and release. Then comes a piss drunk oke and starts with the expletives, apparently he could feel the sharks pain. So he walks a bit into the water and pulls out his knife and cuts the line. The poor fisherman is too tired to do anything about it and just sits there contemplating.
Now i want to know wat is the appropriate thing to do in such a situation.
