Shade next to the dam

Can you please help with gazebo's. I need to find a durable gazebo that will last at least three seasons. I used a traders gazebo before that worked ok, but the Vaaldam ripped it to shreds on my last outing. Is there any providers that yiou can suggest?

Do you maybe have alternative ideas on creating shade? Its crucial as I have a family and next to the vaal it can get pretty hot.

Why not build your own? There are a lot of places that will be able to make the tarp/canvas to your specifications. You have a PM.

Phone this guy. He makes heavy duty gazebo's with canvas in his own factory at Roodepoort. He also makes canvas tents etc.  His workmanship is 100% and prices very cheap.  He advertises in junkmail at the moment for a 3 x 3.5m canvas gazebo for R1500.  He will also make anything to your specs. I ordered a 3.5 x 4m gazebo with side sails and it came to R2800.  I think he charges R350 per side sail and you can even ask him to put a mesh or clear plastic window in the side sails.
