Here is the Schematics and parts list for the Penn 500 & 501 Jigmaster. Now you can take it apart yourself, step by step without stressing about not being able to put it back together.

Nice explanation and pics Reefman...but printing the Schematics and parts list and taking home to keep next to you while doing it also makes it easy.

Saw the reel maintenance section...but could not post a new topic there...I also emailed admin@sealine.co.za on 06/07 to ask if someone could post them, but no answer.

I saw someone looking for help on a Penn 49 and not coming right(http://www.sealine.co.za/view_topic.php?id=20655&forum_id=72), I emailed him with the document but decided to post the ones I have in the same section to help those who need help...not as professional, but hey.

Howzit Guys! I've got a penn 500 that is in serious need of a service, I must be honest, there's no way I want to take it apart myself seeing as i'm a first time Penn user. Anyone mind helping me out? Or advise me where to take it for a service close to Cape Town?
