We started the dropshotting thing this week, and wow, don't let anybody tell you that it doesn't work! I slogged away with my normal bass tackle, but was outfished overall.
In the last 7 days(2 x 2hrs sessions), my wife landed no less than 2 sea barbel, 4 nice kob(smallest 58cm, largest 75cm) and 2 of these fish on dropshot in the lagoon. This one weighed 1.4kg and the the next one was at least 300-500g heavier. I saw quite a few of these landed on ESA, but can't remember what they are called?
