hey guys... my first post wohooo..

anyway... catfish in winter on bait... im gonna try it this winter... my brother and i have been fishng primarily for catfish at MEERHOF at Hartbeespoortdam since late January. Never left without 10 or more kittens... we use headless, wingless, legless, skinless dead chicks and they never lay for more that 1 hour. i used to be a HUGE plattie fan until i started the chicken fest. we row the lines in about 120 to 150m... the crocodile river feeds the dam at meermof so that's why we get these catches... like i said im gonna try it this winter.
