It started off with this:
----------------------------------------------
As the days become longer and nights shorter, and by the lillies in bloom, and the bees seeking sweetness, so are the Cape's anglers, looking to kick-off their season with a bang.
With social media chats abuzz with a hive of activity. From seasoned anglers to newbies, young and old, all readying themselves for the onslaught.
The traditional summer fish are here already with good solid catches being made along the entire coast line.
Macassar has consistently produced good fishing for a number of weeks now, with reports of decent sized Elf, Kob, White Steenbras and Belman.
Safety:
With more and more informal settlements popping up along our False Bay coastal strip, err on the side of caution, as these are the routes we use to our favourite fishing grounds.
Always fish in numbers and if you are not a regular angler fishing that side, don't hesitate to make contact with us, as we have regular fishing trips to the 'other' side.
