For Carp:You can try anything with perdeby,honey glow,tuti fruiti, Banana.
We had good sucess with white douw and honey glow.
If your into specimen fishing tigernuts is the best option(tuti fruiti,almond,caramel) and use particles as ground bait we caught a 8kg carp their in december on tigernuts.
in December one oke caught a 16kg carp right at the end 20m from the side in the water grass great catch.
For kurper:You can try earthworms and maize they are quit scarce in the dam but they have regurly caught 2kg their.
For Barbel: You can go with a carp head are some chicken hearts
For Bass: work the banks with watermelon red junior flukes and baby bass flukes you can also try brushhogs and top water lures in the late afternoon and early morning.
As for spots:Try to get 1 of the first spots just as you are coming in..They have produced the best for me.dont go to deep, as the dam over their is more than 15 meters about 100m from the side
other wise you can try more spots to the end off the dam.
Just watch out for the crocs oh and the druken bustards we had encounters with both off them..
I think their is going to be a bass comp this weekend so lots of boats
