Hey Guys,

I'm going to Roodekoppies this weekend, heard there is a compo, anyone here going? I might be participating in the Comp, will see how it goes.

Will try my best, also will see if we can participate in the compo if there even is one as we will be fishing at a private bank. Still gonna try my best though.

I'm going and will do the comp.

It's my first fishing comp. Hope the dam is in a giving mood.....

Did a day trip just before the schools started and caught 11 x 2.5/3 kilo carps.

All went back to the water.

The fish was still busy doing the nasty then......one of our neighbours hooked and landed a 7 kg carp.

I'm hoping for  and not

Soo..... I wont be particapating in the Comp, I got the brochure and the price is a bit steep for me. (maar ek verstaan wel want die pryse klink belowend/ongelooflik) So ek gaan net visvang en salk wanneer ek die grootste karp het en iemand anders wen die prys, hehe.

Hey guys, so I finally think I figured out where we will be sitting, anyone here know the contours of the dam? Checked out that website but the dam is not on there. The more I read the prizes of the comp, the more I want to compete.

I had a real kaark day/night. Ons fishie while my neighbour caught 3 6+ kilo carps on saturday morning. Not at all cool......

Ag nee, vriendin se pa het ons per ongeluk by n guesthouse ingebook vir die naweek toe kon ek nie gaan fish nie, ons sal wel weer een of ander tyd gaan.
