rods for slide rigging

hey guys. how are you .

 

my name is jason and i am from north carolina in the states.

for the last 10 years or so i have been doing alot of land base4d shark fishing.

now i was wanting to try useing the non return slide rigs here to see if they will work for me as well as they work for you guys over there.

what would be a good rod to start with. ?

any info would be great.

i am looking for something quality. no garbage

i already have the reel i am going to use and that is an avet lx.

Do a search, there has been loads of info on what the best sliding rod is, basically you need a rod capable of throwing an 8oz and upwards sinker. Suitable rods people use here are the Assassin Heavy and Blade, Pentagon Heavy and Shark Extreme and so on.
