Rod recommendation?

Hi guys

Would like to get your opinion regarding rods?

I have read a lot of threads about rod selection ect etc ont his forum

Between the rods mentioned in the topic, what is the major differences?

Also if there is other rods you could recommend.

The rods will be mainly used for conventional carp fishing so casting distance would be a big factor in choosing.

Also about the length of the rods, 12' & 13'?

There are rods designed and provided to the market as Conventional Carp angling rods.

For example WAFT Raging Bull, Sensation Rocket, Velocity and DC, Blue Marlin Fireburst, G2 Galaxy as well as others etc, etc.

Shimano has the Technium for bank angling and which would be better suited to Convetional angling and it's casting dynamics than the Beastmaster which is better suited as a Specimen Rod

Enigma,
Where will Sensation's (old) Thundercast 12' rod fit in? I got 2 of them from a specimen angler who upgraded. I'm using it for conventional angling but cannot get any info (test curve, reviews) on them.

Were replaced by the Torpedo

Carp Zone, Torpedo, Bazooka, Rocket, Oval Rocket, DC then Oval DC in that order on the Sensation products
