My favourite bait combo is a pink prawn with chokka tied around it. It looks like a sausage roll, except the sausage in this case is the prawn, and the roll is the chokka. It works for anything! I have caught everything from shad to a smooth hound shark on it. Use a 4/0 hook, 0.60mm clear line, a luminus bead, and latex cotton. Awesome stuff! I wanna maybe try sealice sometime, wonder how good that will be...
